循環(huán)流化床鍋爐是被國際公認的高效、低污染的清潔燃燒技術，是國家重點鼓勵和發(fā)展的環(huán)保節(jié)能項目。該鍋爐具有燃燒效率高，負荷調節(jié)范圍大，無需加裝脫硫、脫硝裝置即可實現(xiàn)90%脫硫率，滿足環(huán)保要求，以經濟的方式解決大氣污染題目，而且煤種適應性廣，排出的灰渣活性好，輕易實現(xiàn)綜合利用。目前國內300MW等級循環(huán)流化床鍋爐消化引進阿爾斯通技術，和常規(guī)煤粉鍋爐相比主要在燃燒系統(tǒng)方面存在差異其具有如下特點：

 

             通常鍋爐四角分別布置4個返料器和4個外置流化床，外置床中布置了中溫過熱器，低溫過熱器和高溫再熱器等鍋爐受熱面。

 

             鍋爐左右兩側配有風道燃燒器，每側風道燃燒器含有兩支油槍，床上左右兩側各配有4支床上油槍。

 

             風煙系統(tǒng)中一次風作為主要流化風，二次風分上中下分級送風助燃，多路流化風對返料器、外置床等受熱室起到流化作用。

 

             風煙系統(tǒng)中灰循環(huán)的公道建立是鍋爐穩(wěn)定燃燒的重要條件，也是控制床溫、再熱汽溫的基礎。
