用    途：地塞米松 主要用于抗炎和抗過敏，適用于類風濕性關節炎和其他膠原性疾病等。主要用于膠原性疾病，如風濕性關節炎、紅斑性狼瘡、風濕性心臟病、心肌炎等癥。地塞米松磷酸鈉是搶救垂危病人不可缺少的急救藥品。
 
  地塞米松是人工合成的糖皮質激素中生物作用最強的激素之一，僅需要很小的量即能達到與天然皮質醇相似的作用，因其量小，分布在血中濃度很低，難以用常規放射免疫定量測定法測出，故對測定自身皮質醇分泌量無影響。本試驗利用地塞米松這一特性，通過地塞米松 對垂體、下丘腦分泌的促腎上腺皮質激素和促腎上腺皮質激素釋放激素的抑制作用，及由此引起腎上腺皮質激素分泌減少的程度，來了解下丘腦-垂體-腎上腺軸功能是否高于正常，其可能的病變在na個器官。
